Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance
By accessing and using the Miss Belleza platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. User account
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity occurring under their account. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms.
3. Acceptable use
Prohibited: (a) posting offensive, illegal or rights-infringing content; (b) attempting to bypass security measures; (c) automating access via unauthorized bots; (d) impersonating other users or organizations.
4. User content
You retain ownership of the content you post. By uploading content, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive license to display, distribute and process that content within the service.
5. Applications and pageants
Season applications are subject to the requirements of each division. The Platform does not guarantee admission or awards.
6. Payments
Application fees, when applicable, are processed through external payment providers. The Platform does not store full card data.
7. Modifications
These terms may be updated. Users will be notified and a new acceptance will be required.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law and any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
